VT has 9 kids auto qualified because they finished above the
allocation line.
For example: Andy Smith finished 3rd at 197 and there are 3 auto qualifiers at 197.
TJ finished 4th at 184, but the ACC only has 3 allocations at 184 so he has to wait and see...
