Sam

I'm intrigued with Latona at 141. This year seemed to mirror his last year at 125. I don't think the cut was as brutal, but there seemed to be something going on. Could've been an injury. He was flexing his knee quite a bit by the end of the year. I would love to see him eat and lift into 141 and not worry about the weight grind as much. With that being said, nobody knows as much about his body as Sam and the coaching/training staff so they'll figure out the best fit for him.

Thought CH was limited during the UVA dual in Charlottesville.

I agree he wasn't. Irresponsible speculation: Has to be that right knee.

Probably depends on some other variables shaking out.

Yeah, I thought the same regarding a replay of his second year at 125.
