going to unfold that way no matter what Block’s strategy to run out the clock was. I believe Block had a TD. Typical Penn St bias - yes the Starocci missed locked hands call costing Mehki the victory in TB in the Finals a few years ago still burns in my mind - they gave Lilledahl a TD in a close similar call & did not for Peterson in the same match. Yes they were all close. Oh & Bryce absolutely pinned Levi Haines. If Starocci & Haines are in any other singlets other than PSU Mehki has another title & Bryce gets it done in what would have been his next match in the Final. Look PSU is incredible- juggernaut of epic proportion - but they absolutely get a bias from the officials- weighed conscious or at a minimum subconsciously due to their dominance - ends result is the same - it sucks. ** Edited by 133966Hokie at 3/7/2026, 1:09:00 PM
