I'm guessing Burton hasn't done much freestyle?
I would understand unseeded if he's just not performed and they don't have the data but why even throw him at 29? You're putting the potential number 1 wrestler in the bracket as a landmine for no reason. He's got a tough bout to start next session but then another 1-2 unranked guys should he win.
