Sam loves the collar ties because he his so tall and long that he can protect himself from a lot of leg attacks. Problem is that Yarbrough can still reach Sam's legs and he's quick. The other problem is that Sam wasn't prepared for how far he had to reach to get to Yarbrough's legs. Second take down was entirely because Sam over extended on a shot and Yarbrough was quick enough to shuck him by and spin behind him which started one of those 50/50 scrambles that Yarbrough won. Sam didn't wrestle badly. He attacked and was able to get some decent attempts, but if he faces this kid again, he's going to adjust his style a bit and not attack underneath so much with an inside single or a double. If he sticks with the collar ties, he needs to be harder on Yar's head to put him back on his heels as he picks his head up which opens things up.
