What are the types of programs that can keep the depth
Just a curious question. When we have a roster and it gets to a point where there is essentially one person who is the primary guy at a weight class. I know younger players may wait their turn and know it is it quintessential recruiting/retention problem these days in any sport... but can you give insight onto how wrestlers think when they are not starting, when they are simply wrestling partners for the starters and what is the trend if any regarding transfers of quality depth in collegiate wrestling?
