Penn State seems to have more than its share of these types of allegations

Google the following: "Todd Hodne", "Isaiah Humpries lawsuit", "Kaveion Allen Keys and Jameial James Lyons", "Scott Lynch lawsuit". Those related to football players and coaches, but could be symptomatic of broader athletic department issues (or not).
