I think we are capable of having a finish like Nebraska just did! Nebraska had an incredible tournament and may still have been 70 points behind???? Robie is doing an incredible job with limited resources! You can always play the what if game to see how close we can be to the podium in years to come. With that being said, this past weekend…….. 125- beat the champion twice this year. 133- really believe 6th was the best he could do, limited on his feet 141- is a 2x all American 149- one call from being a 2x champ 157- lost in OT on a tough call. Kid he lost to finished 4th I believe 165- did about as good as he could. Not sure what happened to Brady???! Saw him sitting in the Tech section 174: was a returning AA 184: just a real enigma this year?? Surprised we didn’t see Fisher a bit more. Still, TJ was an AA as a Freshman 197- lost in OT to kid from Nebraska who placed 285- Mullen- Not sure what happened this tournament. Guessing he beats Catka in the room. So, in an orange and maroon world, that would give us 2 National champs and 8 AAs. That would challenge 2nd or 3rd, still 70 points out, lol. Penn State had all 10 guys place and no one below 3rd I think??? I do not count Kerkvliet as he defaulted out. He is definitely the 3rd best 285.
