VT, NCST, Stanford and UNC all have a bunch of hammers coming in the next couple of years. ACC going to be stacked here soon, but VT and NCST just lost some hammers so both in rebuild and UNC and Stanford are getting better. Pitt will still have a tough dual team and a couple good guys and UVA is young
