It's not that Lovett is bad on bottom, its that he is that good on top
in the earlier matches he kept Henson, and pretty much everyone else down w/o giving up an escape, and Henson would normally choose bottom again almost anyone else. Keep in mind Lovett was 15 seconds away from getting the riding time point which would have tied it. I understand Lovett's choice and Henson had to earn it, which makes the win that much more special.
