Think 1 match from 15 really hurt Starocci in formula.
The combo of a weak qualifying event placement , and no rpi score really bumped him down.
Oddly enough , if Mekhi wrestled 14 instead of exactly 15 matches , he may have dropped to the 2 or 3 and been sitting in a much better spot with no RPI score.
