That is interesting

I wondered how seeding would work in the case of a clear #1 wrestler having to use an at large bid to get into the ncaa tourney I guess it’s fair that he not grab the #1 seed which would penalize the big 10 champ by not properly elevating his seeding chances. Hopefully he gets to go at the ncaa. It sounds like seeding won’t matter too much for him if he’s truly that injured. He might make it a round or two with an injured knee, but it’s a different ballgame once he hits the quarters and even on the backside
