He’d have to live in the weight room to get the upper body horsepower to compete and that’s easier said than done Remember as great as Devin Carter was, he struggled when bumping up one weight class to 149. Others like Jordon Oliver made a 2 weight class jump but he was a special talent I’m sure others have bumped multiple weight classes and remained competitive but it’s a fine line wrestle at the lowest weight possible while having the cardio and muscular strength and endurance to compete at high levels
