Does the AD do exit interviews for WBB?
Is it NIL? Is it demographics? Is it location of VT? Is it the coaching? Cassell? Is it VT in general? Sure would like to at least get a general idea from all sports as to why athletes want to leave VT. I don't hold anything against an athlete for leaving. I would just like a general idea from the department as to why most leave. Nothing more. Help us eliminate the guessing. NIL can be a big part of it. I just would like to hear that from someone in charge. Maybe it's so obvious and it's right in front of me. Just not sure.

Yes, NCAA mandates exit interviews (Code 6.3) of players leaving programs.
