Ladies you have been a bit of a roller coaster to watch this year and like a roller coaster it has been a lot of fun. I certainly hope it is not quite over yet. You are so much better a team than you were in December. CD definitely has my interest up for the future. There is no quit in this team. A lot of very hard work. Thank you for all the hours of yelling, cheering, shouting etc. (my cardiologist may disagree) I am not sure what it was today but a lot of shots were going short, typically I would say tired legs do that. Wenzel was just Ice cold, and all great players have days like that. Baker could not shake loose and get her shots. Defense off the dribble has been an issue all year and it was again today. I did not notice any zone defense today. A lot of young players got a lot of playing time this year, and have played very well. They will all be better next year. CD has done a money job assembling her staff, as a bench coach and practice coach. I hope she can recruit, especially to her needs at the 5 and get more athleticism coming at the 2. I am excited about the future and hopefully get to see this TEAM play again a few times this year. Just a great big THANK YOU!
