I get that the ACC is in Limbo. But why leave for the SEC?

I don't really understand the move. Yes, UK might have their own facility....but what does that matter? Was he able to build an elite program here...yes. Does he not see an opportunity to win here again? Why? What would be the hurdle? Not buying the NIL money issue either. I realize FB has to garnerd alot of the focus, but we had enough $$ to go to Greece, Bahamas, pay two all-American's, fly all over the world to recruit a few foreign players etc. Is a bump in salary (which I think VT could have been competitve with) not sufficient enough? having a facility for WBB that important? I guess so in the ever running Arms-race that is facilities. When i look for a job, i look for culture, boss, $$, benefits. I'll build my own team the way i want to...that's not an issue for me.
