anyone seen a time the banner ceremonies will be tomorrow? Seems like 4:15 might work? Earlier maybe?
This was all I could find on the official site:
5. Banner Unveils
Both the Final Four and ACC Tournament champions banners will be revealed on Monday night before the game. Be sure to get there early to see the special moment.
