Or the larger point: what Duffy was willing to spend on someone

who might have the pre-college rankings but could be hit or miss... But the issue may not be what we were able to offer versus what Vandy was able to offer. It could easily be what Duffy was willing to spend on her (also vis-a-vis what is being spent on the current program building players).
