Yes,but imagine comparing let's say Stanford vs Kentucky for your first job
Not only you will probably get better opportunities for interviews, better network and your starting salary will be higher. Same thing if these young ladies want to go to law or medical school.
After your first job the experience will matter more but they will still have the network disadvantage.
