It is simply mirroring the business world of today.
Days are long gone from my grandparents generation where loyalty and family were intertwined with business.
If someone isn’t getting the promotions, money, or advancing their career how they like, they are going to bounce. A resume with job changes is no longer frowned upon like it once was.
Hate to say it but the model reflects more closely the real world today.
