I thought about this as well. So much invested in them. Then at their peak
they leave. If the system is going to become more corporate, I guess the corporate rules should apply. For example, if your company pays for you to attend a skills development course and then you leave within a certain amount of time from taking the course, you have to pay back what they spent on your training.
Maybe these things should be thought through....
