You can check SeatGeek for resale tickets.
VT has a partnership where MBB/WBB/football ticket holders can offer their tickets for resale on the website. We have listed our tickets there for a few games where we were out of town. For WBB, if the seller had reserved seats, those are the ones you'd get.
I just checked for Gardner-Webb and someone is selling a pair of tickets near center court in Row G for $15/each (see link).
