I don't think there's anything wrong with Caldwell. And I think

she'll be a very good coach at the D-I level for a long time to come. But she lacks experience at this level. The difference between her and Duffy is that Duffy is a proven winner at the P6 level. Caldwell's only spent one season in D-I period. Give her a few years and she'll really start to catch some interest though.
