FYI, the VT scoreboard now has a space on the lower left that reports
the pitch speed. That first State pitcher was throwing a lot in the upper sixties.
Bree was pretty much in the lower to mid sixties, but the ball is generally always around the plate with a lot of movement.

She was clocked at 72 mph using the technology that existed at the time. I can assure you no one that pitched in the game today throws as fast Ueno did. Don't get too excited about velocity numbers anyway. Who has been the most effective pitcher the weekend?

. . . than most, if not all, hand-held guns. Bottom line is not to focus on absolute number. The only thing you can do with some certainty is compare pitcher A with pitcher B in the same game.
