is why does VT seem to encounter these situations with more frequency than other schools? Is the NCAA still sore about Bruce Smith in 1984? Are VT compliance people and/or staff doing their jobs to properly vet/head off/defend the situations? Other? Maybe my perception is in error but, it sure seems like VT has more of these situations.
