Watching her operate when she gets a chance and how active she is in the dugout when not playing, Milius would be my third candidate. Watching the way these young ladies prepare and focus during the game I think there are several others that could coach if they desire to do so as well. It will be interesting to see what paths they choose because I think they can be successful away from the game as well. Given all that has happened with the program Scott Thomas deserves recognition for getting it all started and keeping it afloat with modest resources. Pete has carried it to a much higher level of consistency and performance with his knowledge and the growth of resources available to the program. The young ladies that have recently been in the program and will come out in the years to come should have a very good understanding of all that is required from a talent, coaching and resource perspective in order to field a highly ranked program.
