Yes, Thursday was frustrating, but this team showed they are made of the right stuff. They didn’t let Thursday beat them twice. The run rule win on Friday was awesome but, honestly, the way we responded against Maness yesterday was the best. It’s clear that we adjusted and didn’t help her out. That’s what good teams do. We also didn’t have the recurrence of rotten luck that we had on Thursday, but luck (good and bad) will always be part of the game. This team knows they are an excellent team. Confidence matters. They picked themselves up and just turned the focus, intensity, and will up a bit these last two days. Congrats to the ladies and coaches. Big series coming up. UVA is the last top 25-ish team we play in the regular season. Need to take advantage of the opportunity for quality wins. But first, Radford. Take care of business.
