Mazz seems to get stronger in the later innings.

Duke, obviously a quality opponent, really didn’t hit her that hard all weekend. It was just the dang walks on Friday and a very well timed hit (grand slam). But we’ve seen this from her throughout the season so far. I believe she had a 143 pitch complete game against one of the SEC teams. That was good to see. Coming into the season, I wasn’t sure she would have the same type of rubber arm that Lemley and Keely had. She’s throwing hard, like Lemley, and it appears she added some strength in the off season.
