inning with bases loaded, and no runs scored, really hurt; along with hitting into 2 double plays. Credit to Duke playing really good D today. I suspect it’s been talked about, but that umps off-the-plate strike calls really hamstrung our hitters. It seemed like he called more for them than us but that could just be my Hokie bias. Apparently, we have a mental block when it comes to Duke (lost 8 of last 9 and 7 in a row I think). Need to put things right tomorrow. Go Hokies!
