Three years ago today, a little boy named Arthur attended his first VT softball game. It was a beautiful Blacksburg day and Arthur’s mom and dad decided to take him to TSP. Coach Pete noticed him and got Keely to sign a softball and between innings, Coach ran out and gave it to him. The HokieBird stopped by to see him as well. After the game, Coach Pete invited Arthur and his parents to come down on the field and meet the team and a true love affair was born! ❤️❤️❤️ Since then, Arthur has become an HUGE part of the Virginia Tech softball program. He considers the players his “Big Sisters” and they all adore him. Arthur is one of the strongest and most special people I have ever met. I am blessed to call him my friend!
