Jordan Lynch had one of the best weekends in the country for a freshman
Jordan went 8 for 14 over the weekend with four doubles, most of them rockets to the gap. She scored six runs and batted in four, making herself right at home in the Hokie lineup. She also drew two walks.
SB Nation put together this chart of the best freshmen performances from week one. Northwestern's Kaylie Avvisato, a, high school teammate of Charlotte Moore at Riverside High, had 9 hits in 16 plate appearances.

If Duke ruled it out, I would have to think it was due to other promises/

My thoughts are 2 innings are too much. All games through 6 innings then
