How's this for timing...
Exactly five years ago, I wrote a Regional preview story for TSL about the Hokies going to the Kentucky Regional, their first NCAA bid in four years.
I think it was one of the first times I wrote a story that had a byline - most of my stuff had just been message board posts up to then.
