that our club girls really enjoyed the opportunity to face the varsity team, despite the score. as one of the sport club staff, i was proud of how they represented themselves, and our entire sport club program. once again, thanks to coach pete and his team for their willingness to host this scrimmage, maybe it can become an annual event. the weather was absolutely perfect, there was a great crowd on hand, and we were guaranteed a hokies win!! all in all, a great way to spend a beautiful fall afternoon. for 35 years now, i've been so fortunate to be part of this great university and community............
