The NCAA is organization of its members. If its members don't want

anything done, it won;t get done. Crticism of organizations like the NCAA, the UN, etc. When there are organizations that are essentrially driven by its membership, even with a bureaucracy, the members could dictate what rules are implemented and enforced If the members of the NCAA want certain rules, the presidents, coaches, etc would make it happen. I know it is not that neat and clean, and I know there are many different interests who might disagree, but.....
