#9 – Win or lose, the positive energy and teamwork on the field makes you proud to be a Hokie

#8 - When Emma Ritter is up the ball could legit land in Lane Stadium

#7 - Tech Softball Park is the only place you can see Arthur and Chip get the party started

#6 – Mackenzie Lawter high-fiving her teammates and being last off the field each inning is an outstanding leadership example for young Hokies

#5 - For us older Hokies, keeping up with all the pinch runners helps maintain cognitive skills

#4 - In any given inning, one of a dozen different pinch hitters can deliver a game changing hit (Addy Greene pinch hit grand slam against FSU let’s go!!)

#4 – During home games, a Hokie celebrity could sit right next to you and start chatting (my daughter met Elizabeth Kitley & Coach Pry!)

#4 – After the games, the twitter pics of young Hokies with their favorite players are priceless (check out the one below with Darby Trull)

#3 – Every time Keely is in the circle you are witnessing historic greatness

#2 - After one more offseason with Coach Doug, Emma Lemley will become unhittable and VT fielders can relax and sign autographs instead of playing defense


And the #1 indisputable reason why VT softball is BY FAR the best Hokie sport to watch …..
