Pete's pretty pragmatic but you can bet it's discussed with the team.

It's our double secret "promotion" of the team. Chip is pretty "hardball" about this support not subsidizing the VTAD budget line. And every dollar is tracked to make sure 100% is at the discretionary disposal of the team.
