I agree with your comment....

in its entirety. The timing I refer to is largely construction and financing related. For example, the kids in Olympic Sports at UVA may like the new digs when complete but, the pride they get as an alum may not be seen as a fair trade-off for eight years in a trailer. I think VT has done a solid job with things like that to minimize in season or multi-year disruptions.
