The only thing I can say.........

asking for data like that would seem fairly standard for board members and those that oversee department managers. I am sure very little occurred like that before CJF's dalliance with Baylor but, after learning how far VT was behind, if I was a board member I would want more benchmarking data not just on football but, sports and other university departments.
