I agree with that.
I just doubt the NCAA/umps will ever be in agreement under the current “rules”. We saw a lot of inconsistencies last year and I bet there will be a fair number for the upcoming season. After watching Emma pitch this fall and talking with the coaches, I doubt she will be the “target” during the upcoming season, but it’s a very subjective call.
