Also pet peeve not against you but I’d encourage you when speaking to anyone wrt RPI AND SoS to not speak of them separately
SoS is already factored into RPI…that’s exactly why our RPI is lower than performance and predictive metrics of DSR and KPI. When two teams are side by side in RPI, don’t also compare their SoS; it’s already built in
