Yep, there’s a bit of wiggle room b/c of the private schools

They are not included in the list. Duke is probably above VT - I don’t have a clue about Liberty, Northwestern or Notre Dame and some others. From the database... "Data for Marist, Liberty, Saint Francis, Stanford, Mercer, Duke, Howard, Elon, Northwestern, Robert Morris, Brown, Santa Clara, Grand Canyon, Belmont, Boston and Saint Louis is not included because these are private schools, and thus not subject to Open Records laws." ** Edited by VTChip at 6/4/2025, 12:24:36 PM
