How many elite softball pitchers have you known? Most great pitchers . . .
. . . want to be the Alpha Dog. There's no position in sport with the possible exception of the QB that are as important. To put it simply, if your lead pitcher fails your team will fail. If I'm coaching I want an alpha dog in the circle.
