If the scenery includes the coaching then true. I'm not . .

. . . saying Oregon's coaches are better than ours but they are better for this particular player. She clearly is not the easiest kid to coach (her body language last season was very telling). She's likely to be an All-American this season. Had she remained at VT and the VT coaches been able to elicit that performance from her we would be a better team. That was clearly not happening. Lindsey is clearly better off in Oregon.
