. . . likely to resolve completely in less than a week, particularly if it was the reported 'lower arm tightness'. Having lower arm pain significant enough to have to leave a game in tears is not going to just disappear. It is almost certainly what would be generically termed an 'overuse injury' of some type with unpredictable consequences going forward. It might resolve with minimal rest and treatment or flare with more exertion.
