Not forbidden. Situationally ok.

Kylie for example was studying the pitcher who threw 1st pitch low risers to start the ABs ahead of her. She looked for it & got it First pitch swinging I hate by 1st batter vs new pitcher or following a walk. Those are my 2 I dislike…used to tell players I coached if you swing first pitch it better be hit VERY harc
