IF he knows.....

and I am not saying he doesn't, he is smart enough not to take bait and share inappropriate information with the general public. As far as being "in the program" I would guess given all he has done for the program and continues to do he has access to lots of info and that access will always be predicated on knowing what can be shared and when.
