Last year
A lot of 'experts' said the same thing last year about two All Americans ( Greene and Ritter ) and Grien leaving. But, here we are. Rumor on the Chat boards at Auburn had a travel coach saying Kenny G and Coach D both had buyouts of at least a million bucks. Whether that's true or not, who knows, but AD Coen hired on the cheap didn't he? Indicating to many he'd never invest what it would take to get a quality program builder. (500-600k yr) If PK leaves Alabama will they spend the money?
