Outside adjusting the academic calendar so graduation never occurs within
either the Regionals or Super Regionals windows, I'm not sure there is anything else VT can do to "address the problem." Since this is only a "problem" during football season and graduation, it won't be enough to convince businesses to build more hotels in the area. Particularly if they are going to sit empty majority of the time of the year.

It's the hotel rooms that is the issue, not the venue.
