Ask most Hokie fans who are over 50 if they’ve ever NOT been when it’s been close?
Best seeding ever really was the Sweet 16 men’s team…even then as a 4 seed we had to face #1 Duke from same conference in Sweet 16.
Baseball and Softball won regular season titles and they earned the right to not be hosed and weren’t. Other than that…yeah we’re used to it .
Having a tough draw doesn’t mean we won’t or can’t win. Just means I anticipate not getting what we deserve which (according to the ACTUAL DECENT metrics like DSR and KPI) is a top 16 host spot
