He has had lots of low-risk opportunities to work more people into games and he doesn't seem to value that. And I am sure the players see that in his style too. When Rohs, Mizzelle and Castine weren't hitting their best, they were regularly pinch hit for. But, we have some other players who are slumping in conference play and they are never PH for.
